As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee a variety of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality. You will collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to determine project specifications and objectives, and then develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize all phases of construction projects
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to determine project scope and objectives
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop contingency plans
• Review and analyze project documents and designs to ensure compliance with specifications
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in project management software and tools

• Salary: R600K - R840K, salary negotiable
