Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Oversee solar & electrical projects from start to finish
- Manage budgets, procurement, subcontractors, and reporting
- Ensure quality installs of PV systems, batteries, inverters, DBs, and mounting structures
- Travel to sites and ensure full compliance with safety & project standards
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams
- Use monitoring tools to track progress and performance
- B-Tech or B-Eng in Electrical Engineering
- 3-5 years of solar/electrical project experience
- Strong skills in project budgeting, site management & procurement
- Proficiency in Excel, PDFs, and solar platforms
- A self-starter attitude, willing to travel and lead from the front
