Software Systems Tester

Job Description
Qualifications:
- Diploma in a software or a related discipline
- Certification in quality assurance (ISTQB/TTA/ISEB preferred)
- 4+ years of software quality assurance experience
- Proven track record in adding value to software solutions
- Strong experience in manual software testing
- Skilled in documenting test plans and executing them
- Experienced in writing defect and incident reports
- Knowledge of REST APIs and tools like Postman (advantageous)
- Exposure to Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright (advantageous)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, CI/CD, and DevOps principles (advantageous)
- Design, build, and maintain test plans across the full software stack
- Document and manage issues, bugs, and incidents effectively
- Support building and enhancing automated test cases
- Contribute to improving internal QA processes and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks
