Are you a versatile IT leader with a blend of project management, technical expertise, and business acumen? Join them in revolutionizing digital platforms! As a key member of their team, you'll oversee the development of their platform, ensuring it's delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Project Management) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience building & delivering packaged software products ready for market.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies & tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with key performance metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including .NET, and platform engineering concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) is a plus.
- Proven success in Project Management and dev Team Management in a commercial software Product Development environment is a must-have.
