What you will do:
oOperate, monitor and adjust Softgel machinery to achieve production KPIs and quality standards.oPerform pre-start checks, line openings, changeovers, IPC quality checks and minor maintenance.oEnsure materials are ready and waste is managed efficiently.oMaintain high standards of housekeeping, PPE compliance, GMP, HACCP and safety.oAccurately complete production logs, MES reports and documentation.
Support smooth shift handovers and contribute to continuous
What we are looking for:
oGrade 12 + N2 Technical Qualification preferred.oMinimum 1-year experience in a GMP production environment.oBasic electrical and mechanical aptitude.oKnowledge of GMP, HACCP, health & safety procedures.
* Advantageous: Reach Truck/Forklift license, computer literacy, dispensary/mixing experience.
