Job Summary Hire Resolve is proud to partner with a reputable client in the banking sector, currently seeking a dynamic and community-driven Social Responsibility & Marketing Officer to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract at their Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully to corporate social investment initiatives while gaining exposure to marketing and B-BBEE compliance functions within a respected financial institution.ResponsibilitiesAssess sponsorship requests and verify compliance with regulationsConduct background checks on applicants and maintain communicationPrepare detailed reports, proposals, and submission packs for committee reviewsEnsure all documentation is compliant and prepare sponsorship recommendationsCommunicate with internal departments and applicants regarding sponsorship decisionsOrganize events and manage media coverage for sponsorshipsManage sponsorship budgets and coordinate with suppliers for executionProcess payments related to sponsorship projectsPrepare documentation for internal and external meetingsAttend and support meetings, follow up on committee decisionsEnsure compliance with audit requirements and support sponsorship auditsCollaborate with Shariah Audit team on compliance mattersManage BEE certification processes for suppliersOversee legacy and community-based BEE projectsConduct market research and performance analysis of loyalty programsUse insights to improve and align loyalty programs with business goalsManage the charity loan program for businessesEnsure compliance and repayment tracking of charity loansCoordinate legal handover for late paymentsPrepare and submit monthly Executive Committee reports
RequirementsDiploma in Public Relations is advantageousFinancial background is advantageousMinimum 1-2 years' experience in Corporate Social Investment or similar role
