Social Media/Digital Specialist - Paarl (Hybrid) - R40,000 - R50,000 CTC
Seeking a Digital expert who has strong social media experience very hands on experience working on social media platforms, creating various content for various brands within the organization.
Requirements:
- Relevant Degree from the Vega School of Brand Management, Red & Yellow, AAA School of Advertising, Rhodes, Stellenbosch, etc). Solid theoretical knowledge of brand communication & marketing.
- 5+ Years experience working on social media content generation for brands.
- STRONG social media experience and expertise
- Excellent knowledge of a variety of social media and social best practices
- Proven experience in creating error-free content for various platforms and stakeholders including blog posts, articles, stakeholder communications
- Proven experience in copy writing, editing, translation, and proofing abilities in both Afrikaans and English
- Experience in managing social media crises and community management
- Knowledge of content management systems and website management
- Solid experience and firm understanding of SEO and website metrics (incl. Google Analytics), social media metrics and proficiency in reporting on digital campaign performance in a corporate setting
- Experience with doing audience research and audience targeting for effective campaigns
- Experience in managing creative service providers
- Basic understanding of web design and publishing
- Photography / videography skills an additional plus
