The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling and managing content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook and related digital channels. You will work closely with operations, marketing and brand leadership to ensure each business maintains a distinct yet cohesive online identity.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, creativity and consistency. You will be expected to create engaging content, manage posting schedules, monitor engagement, respond to messages and comments, and ensure brand tone and visual standards are upheld at all times.
The role suits someone who is digitally fluent, trend-aware and comfortable working across multiple brands simultaneously. You should enjoy working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments and be confident capturing content on-site where required.
Key Responsibilities
Create, schedule and manage social media content across multiple brands
Maintain consistent brand tone, quality and visual standards
Engage with online communities and manage direct messages and comments
Track performance, engagement and basic analytics
Identify trends and opportunities to grow reach and engagement
Proven experience in social media management or digital content creation
Strong eye for detail, aesthetics and brand presentation
Excellent written communication skills
Self-motivated, organised and deadline-driven
Hospitality, retail, food or lifestyle brand experience advantageous
