WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop multi-channel, fully integrated Paid Digital Marketing campaigns and strategies in collaboration with other creative campaigns and strategies (including Search, Display, Social, etc) to meet lead supply requirements of clients assigned to your portfolio.
Maintain ongoing, proactive, and consistent communications with clients on account progress, performance, and problem resolution
Leverage several on and offline tools to carry out analysis and maximize efficiency and effectiveness of Paid Media accounts
Actively test and analyse paid search ad copy to achieve maximum ROI
Execute and analyse monthly paid media business metrics, budgets, and reports
Research and evaluate paid marketing efforts and identify new campaign opportunities
Understand target market and audience behaviour for campaigns to optimize efforts
Track paid media best practices, bid management systems, keyword developments, and industry trends
Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing or any relevant major. (Required)
Extensive understanding of lead campaigns across platforms. (Ideal)
2 years of experience working on Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping), Microsoft Ads, and Paid Social advertising (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) relevant Google ads and Meta blueprint qualifications (Required)
Expertise in customer journeys and proven experience in growing brand awareness and ROI.
Advanced web skills, and proficiency with Excel, search engine interfaces, and ad platforms.
Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Eagerness to deliver under tight deadlines.
The personal discipline to manage and develop campaigns and be accountable for them.
Ability to adjust methods to match CPL/CPA and conversion requirements for unique campaigns.
Ability to plan and execute according to budget.
Outstanding time management and organization skills.
The ability to work solo and with a team as needed.
The ability to accept constructive criticism in a professional manner and to learn from edits.
Comfort with constant personal and professional growth.
