Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand our presence on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and potentially TikTok or YouTube.
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and brand identity.
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content tailored to target audiences
Design basic visual content using tools like Canva (or work with a design team).
Write engaging, platform-appropriate copy that resonates with followers and encourages interaction.
Monitor and manage community interactionscomments, messages, and conversationsescalating when needed.
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions) using analytics tools like Meta Insights.
Stay current with social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams such as SEO, content, and digital marketing to ensure alignment.
Support the promotion of new campaigns, product launches, testimonials, blog content, and brand initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong storytelling skills, especially across visual and written formats.
Experience with scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands, companies, or public figures. Proven ability to grow and engage audiences using both organic and paid strategies.
Comfortable using Meta Business Suite and similar reporting dashboards.
Basic graphic design skills and a good eye for visual presentation.
Excellent writing, grammar, and interpersonal communication skills.
Self-motivated and organized with strong time management, especially in remote work environments.
Preferred Experience
Experience with short-form video content (Reels, Stories, Shorts).
Background in purpose-driven brands, startups, or service-based industries.
Familiarity with reputation management and community guidelines across platforms.
