Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, building brand awareness, and engaging with our target audience across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create and implement compelling social media strategies. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with client's business goals. Identify key social media trends and opportunities to enhance the company's presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. Content Creation: Create engaging and shareable content that resonates with our target audience, showcasing the client's expertise and solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to gather content, including graphics, videos, and articles, to be shared across social media channels. Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with our online community through active engagement and timely response to comments and messages. Foster a positive and interactive online community that reflects the client's values. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, events, and promotional activities. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Social Media Monitoring: Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant conversations. Utilize social listening tools to gather insights and feedback, adjusting strategies as needed. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on social media performance, including key metrics and insights. Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of social media activities and optimize strategies accordingly. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of performance marketing and familiarity with Affiliate Marketing concepts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Knowledge of the latest trends in social media and digital marketing. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the performance marketing or digital advertising industry. This position is remote and is full time, Monday-Friday. Responsibilities: Understand and plan according to the business objectives of each publisher in a portfolio. Closely monitor all publishers in your portfolio on a daily basis and be proactive if they are under-delivering and to take action in a timely manner. Be proactive with action plans and proposals of new publisher recruitment. Seek opportunities to grow publisher revenue across our key clients and support clients. Be the first line of support for your publisher portfolio. Promote and sell new product development features to your portfolio of publishers such as the new publisher interface ensuring each publisher is operating efficiently within our client's network. Ensure that all new publisher pipeline details, opportunities and administration are updated in the CRM system. Assisting with planning and launching new markets, in line with our client's market expansion strategy. Requirements: Strong written and verbal acumen in English. 2nd Language desirable (German or French). Past experience in digital marketing account management desired. Strong knowledge of online marketing, preferably Affiliate Marketing. Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to analyse trends and take actions. Excellence in building relationships and working with different teams, publishers and clients. Demonstrable influencing skills and commercial awareness. Experience in coordinating and managing a portfolio of publishers. Confidence, communication skills with proven oral and written presentation skills. Great team worker with strong organisational & multi-tasking skills. Solutions orientation with strong problem-solving skills.
