We're on the search for a talented Social Media Manager to join our Digital Agency. To excel in this role you should be a strong writer with mid-level design & email marketing experience and have over 3 years social media marketing experience. Salary: R30-35k pm Incentives: Huge growth potential starting with the company. Bring your ideas to the table and let's roll with them. Contract: Three-month probation then permanent position. Team: We're a small team of women and are looking for a like-minded individual who is down-to-earth, passionate and a high-energy hard worker. It might not be the role for someone looking for a big agency experience. You need to be able to self-manage and drive project completion. Working hours: 9am xe2x80x93 5pm (hybrid, with 2 days per week in office) Location: Observatory, Cape Town (Hybrid - candidate must be based in Cape Town) Core Skills & Knowledge:

• Copywriting (Long & short form content)
• Basic Graphic Design (Canva)
• Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
• Account Management
• Asana Project Management Tool
• Google Sheets

• Presentation Design Skills
• Ability to create and analyse reports

Brands you will work on: You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of brands from retail to technology. Average client portfolio of 6 clients. Daily Tasks:

• Developing social media strategies & presentations
• Creating social media content plans
• Scheduling content across platforms
• Writing engaging social media content
• Peer proofing of social media content
• Community management
• Designing social media graphics
• Designing assets for ad hoc client projects
• Hosting & running social media reporting meetings
• Giving input on social media paid advertising campaigns
• Writing blog posts
