DocTalk, a fast-growing South African telehealth platform, is looking for a creative and reliable
Social Media Manager
to build and manage our online presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and TikTok.
Role Responsibilities:
Create, design and schedule social media content
Manage all company social media accounts
Grow brand awareness and engagement
Respond to messages, comments and community interactions
Support campaigns targeting doctors and members
Collaborate with management to ensure compliant, professional messaging
Requirements:
Experience in social media management
Strong design ability (Canva or similar)
Excellent communication & grammar
Reliable, organised, and consistent
Healthcare/tech experience is a bonus (not required)
Employment Type:
Full-time OR part-time / hourly contract
