The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the firm's social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage clients, and support business development objectives. The role exists to manage all social media channels, create engaging content, and analyse performance to ensure maximum reach and impact.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and manage the firm's social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos.
Monitor and respond to social media interactions professionally and promptly.
Track and analyse social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and business development teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and compliance requirements.
Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage social media advertising campaigns where required, optimising for engagement and conversion.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or professional organisation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
Creative mindset with ability to produce visually engaging content.
Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple projects effectively.
