About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Specialist to manage social media and brand communications across two London-based companies. You'll produce engaging content, design simple graphics and write clear, brand-consistent copy for multiple platforms. This is a fully remote role, supporting UK hours (9 am-5 pm London time, Monday- Friday).
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.
Maintain a structured content calendar for each brand.
Produce graphics and visual assets using Figma, Canva, Adobe Express or similar tools.
Write captions and short form copy aligned with each brand's tone of voice.
Maintain brand consistency across all posts and visual materials.
Apply basic engagement strategies to improve reach and interaction.
Liaise with internal teams to gather content ideas.
Track and report on basic social media performance metrics.
Suggest new content directions and improvements.
Essential Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in social media or content-focused roles.
Portfolio of previous social media content, graphics, or related work.
Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Understanding of tone-of-voice and brand consistency.
Ability to manage workload independently and support multiple brands.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Desirable:
Basic video editing skills.
Experience supporting more than one brand.
