Senior Marketing & Social Media Content Creator

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced short-form video editor and social media content specialist to lead and execute our social media presence across multiple regions.
This role is video-first. Social media growth, content performance, and storytelling are the priorities.

This position requires someone who lives and breathes social media, understands what performs today, and can consistently produce high-retention, business-focused short-form content.

Experience

Minimum 5 years in marketing and social media Proven business-focused social media growth Demonstrated growth on their own social media accounts

Core Capabilities

Advanced short-form video creation for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, captions, and CTAs Ability to translate business objectives into high-performing social content Excellent trend research skills and ability to adapt trends to business content Strong thumbnail creation skills Caption writing with SEO awareness Ability to translate business objectives into high-performing social content Avoids default or generic auto-caption styles (captions must be customized and intentional)

Required Software & Tools (Must Demonstrate Advanced Use)

Advanced knowledge and experience of Video Editing & Motion

Adobe Premiere Pro (Advanced) After Effects (Advanced - motion graphics, kinetic text) DaVinci Resolve and/or Final Cut Pro (advantage) CapCut
Candidates proficient in Premiere Pro and After Effects are expected to have working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator due to asset creation workflows.

Advanced knowledge and experience of AI Video & Content Creation

Runway ML Open AI Sora or Google VEO Pika Labs and/or Luma AI Descript ElevenLabs ChatGPT or equivalent AI for scripting and ideation

Design & Branding

Canva (Advanced - brand kits, animations) Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator

Audio, Captions & Assets

Adobe Audition or equivalent Auto-caption tools (CapCut / VEED / Subtitles.ai) Licensed audio platforms (Epidemic Sound, Soundstripe, or similar)

Analytics & Social Platforms

Meta Business Suite TikTok Creative Center Instagram Insights Hootsuite / Later / Sprout Social / Metricool
Candidates must demonstrate understanding of analytics, including watch time, retention (first 3 seconds), saves, shares, and trend lifecycle timing.
