Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Strategy & Execution
Develop, implement, and optimise paid media strategies across
Google Ads
,
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
,
LinkedIn Ads
, and other relevant platforms
Own campaign planning, audience targeting, budget allocation, and bid strategies
Manage full campaign lifecycle from launch through optimisation and scaling
Ensure campaigns align with client objectives, KPIs, and conversion goals
Social Media Advertising
Plan and execute paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok (where applicable), and other social platforms
Build and refine audiences (custom, lookalike, retargeting)
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad copy and creative assets
Continuously test creatives, messaging, and formats to improve CTR and conversion rates
PPC & Search Marketing
Manage and optimise
Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max
campaigns
Conduct keyword research, ad copy development, and landing-page alignment
Monitor Quality Scores, CPCs, impression share, and conversion metrics
Implement advanced optimisation techniques including A/B testing and bid automation
Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation
Track and analyse performance using
Google Analytics (GA4)
, platform dashboards, and reporting tools
Deliver clear, actionable performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders
Optimise campaigns based on data trends, attribution insights, and ROI performance
Ensure accurate conversion tracking and tagging (Google Tag Manager advantageous)
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as senior point of contact for paid media performance across assigned clients
Participate in client strategy sessions, performance reviews, and growth planning
Translate complex performance data into clear commercial insights for non-technical stakeholders
Manage expectations and provide proactive recommendations for improvement
Budget & Commercial Accountability
Manage monthly ad budgets across multiple client accounts
Ensure spend efficiency, ROI optimisation, and performance against agreed KPIs
Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns responsibly
Leadership & Mentorship (if applicable)
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior paid media specialists
Support best-practice development, process improvement, and capability building within the agency
Requirements
Minimum
5+ years' experience
in paid media / performance marketing
Agency experience essential
(managing multiple client accounts simultaneously)
Proven expertise in
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads Manager
Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, LTV)
Experience with GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution models
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation capability
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced agency environment
Qualifications & Certifications
Google Ads Certification (Search and/or Display) -

Meta Blueprint Certification -

Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, or Business -
