The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and managing digital content across multiple platforms and designing compelling visual assets that align with our brand identity. This position requires a flair for visual storytelling and the ability to engage audiences online.

Social Media Management
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company objectives.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, Threads and other relevant platforms.
Plan, schedule, and manage social media accounts and content calendars
Develop and maintain a content calendar in alignment with company campaigns, events, and milestones
Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to promote patient success stories, provider achievements, company updates, and educational content.
Monitor performance and optimize based on analytics
Conduct A/B testing to maximize engagement and conversions
Generate reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI
Use data to continuously improve campaign performance and engagement
Graphic Design
Design high-quality visual content for both digital and print use, including infographics, brochures, presentations, newsletters, templates, ads, reports, and promotional materials.
Optimize designs for different formats and screen sizes
Maintain and evolve the company's brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Support the development of UX/UI design assets for our bespoke IT platform and stakeholder communications.
Copywriting & Content Strategy
Collaborate with the executive, clinical, and administrative teams to translate complex healthcare concepts into accessible and compelling visual and written narratives.
Write compelling copy for posts, captions, and campaigns
Create customer journey-focused messaging
Support brand storytelling through visual and written content
Collaborate on and assist with the creation of video content, animations, and case studies where applicable.
Stakeholder Engagement
Highlight the role and value of contracted allied health providers through digital storytelling.
Support recruitment marketing efforts to expand the service provider network.
Communicate with healthcare stakeholders including funders, case managers, and partners, through strategic visuals and digital content.
Administrative and Strategic Support
Participate in creative marketing strategy brainstorming with other Team members.
Assist in organising internal and external events, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
Work with the IT team to integrate design elements across internal systems and patient- or stakeholder-facing platforms.
Update and maintain website content.
Brand Management & Collaboration
Maintain brand guidelines across all channels.
Maintain the media asset library, ensuring all content is up-to-date, brand-aligned, and accessible.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
Formal education, online learning and practical experience, or any combination thereof in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Preference will be given to formally educated candidates with bachelor's degree or diploma.
Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role, ideally within the healthcare, wellness, or tech sector.
Design & Digital Skills
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and other design tools.
Strong command of social media platforms, management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
Experience with basic HTML/CSS or web design.
Motion graphics and video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual composition.
Content Creation Skills
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
Marketing analytics tools experience (Google Analytics, social media insights)
