Who are we looking for? A Social Media, Community Manager and Communications Consultant with B2B and Retail experience.

What will you do?

  • Day-to-day implementation of the communication strategy to support our business objectives will be the primary focus of this role in addition to 'always on' digital community management (
  • All content and execution channels must align to our awareness, acquisition, engagement and retention objectives, as defined by our strategy and applicable to each target audience.
  • Communications created and executed must adopt the online 'public voice' of our organisation while being clear and simple in terms of the 'what' and 'how' of telehealth.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for regular email and whatsapp communications, all social posts and day-to-day management of our online media channels in addition to the creation and delivery of regular communications such as release information, updates and responding to questions from the community.
  • Align to and execute the communications strategy for retail and B2B segments
  • Execute communication calendars for each target audience and marketing objective
  • Ensure timeous delivery of social and other comms
  • Use automation tools for marketing comms (strategically align to customer engagement trends etc)
  • Liase with our creative Agency in an efficient manner regarding creative requirements
  • Ensure governance processes are followed to ensure compliancy
  • Tracking and reporting on social media engagement and trends
  • Liasing with the data analyst to unpack and report on comms results, trends and themes in order to propose revisions/new ideas
  • Liasing with the behavioural science lead to formulate clear comms aligned to user/audience psychology
  • Support the Head of Marketing with adhoc communication requirements from stakeholders such as Sales and Customer Onboarding
  • Work seamlessly with the Product and Technical teams regarding customer queries and support for App users
What do you need?
  • Undergraduate qualification in marketing
  • Experience executing successful social media strategies and campaigns
  • Proven experience in a communications role (written artefacts will be required)
  • Experience in digital community management
  • Working knowledge of design software such as Adobe would be an advantage
  • A minimum of 5 - 7 years experience in a similar role
