Monitor and respond to reviews, comments, and messages across all social media platforms.
Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance our online presence and engagement.
Collaborate with various departments to address customer concerns and improve service quality.
Analyze social media metrics and provide insights.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management
Ability to manage difficult situations professionally and empathetically.
