Minimum Requirements
:Post Graduate Qualification in Town Planning or Building Science/ Equivalent Qualification 5 - 10 years' relevant experience in a similar environment
Core Responsibilities
:Develop a building control inspection plan aligned to the department's strategy Ensure efficient flow, dissemination and management of land use in building control process and information Identify, diagnose and recommend improvements and provide specialist support and advice when required in area of expertise Implement and provide input regarding governance, risk and compliance practices and escalate unresolved matter for investigation and resolution Ensure that financial management delivery processes comply with internal control and governance standards and report on any deviations
