Job Summary
We are in the process of recruiting long-term insurance salespeople for an awesome 1-year development program. You would be joining one of the TOP insurance firms in Mpumalanga (Kwaggafontein, Middleburg, Ermelo, and Nelspruit).
NB The minimum requirements are not negotiable
Responsibilities:
Min objective sells 120 policies a month, at the same time recruiting, developing, training representatives, and achieving even exceeding set targets.
- Increasing policy sales
- Recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing reps
- Commission calculations
- Drive compliance
- Pushing reps to reach their targets
- Drafting sales reports
- Performance management of staff
- Ability to go over and above 120 policies monthly to qualify for commission
- MS Office proficient
- Full FSCA qualification
- RE 1 and RE 5 certificates obtained
- Valid DOFA
- CPD points (long-term insurance, investment)
- COB - Class of business - (long-term insurance, investment) - plus point
- No less than 2 years experience in a Sales role within a long-term insurance company
- Experience in Category A, B1, B2, C, and retail benefits
- Tier 1 and Tier 2 product exposure
Relationship building skills
Leadership ability
Must reside within the Mpumalanga
Excellent track record - sales
Clear ITC (credit), Crim, Fraud
