Minimum Requirements:
Diploma in Financial Accounting / Administration / Quality Control Management
2 years' experience in similar environment
Core Responsibilities:
Continuously monitor online automated fare system, identify red flag situations and interventions.
Identify and investigate problems regarding the various operational components.
Compile reports in the event of unprecedented situations not covered in the automated reports generated.
Implement checks and balances to ensure that automated fare system is effectively monitored.
Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback on contracted outputs
Ensure that proper financial controls are maintained.
Lead daily pre-shift briefings to communicate key information and post-shift debriefs to gather feedback and reports.
Vigilantly identify and prevent fare evasion, fraudulent use of cards, and other revenue leakage tactics.
Assist passengers with information regarding routes, schedules, fares, and the use of the smart card system.
Monitor passenger flow during peak hours at stations and liaise with security personnel to ensure orderly boarding and alighting.
Candidates may be requested to submit proof of the NQF level applicable to the qualifications they have obtained.
