Excellent communication skills and be able to work with figures. Intermediate skills in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)Main Resposibilites
Execute customer service by ensuring that the guests' needs are identified by answering promptly any calls for assistance and assisting guests in any situation relating to the playing of machines. Interact with guests whilst serving them in a friendly and helpful manner in accordance with the company's mission statement. Ensure that guests can use cashless cards. Ensure strict adherence to company procedures, gaming board rules and regulations. Execute designated Floor Duties Perform staffing duties * Adhere to company policy & procedures
