Job Description

We are seeking a professional and experienced crew to operate a private yacht charters within Bahrain's

waters. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated maritime professionals.

We are currently hiring for the following three positions:

1. Yacht Skipper

Responsibilities:
o Safely navigate and operate the yacht on scheduled charters.

o Ensure full compliance with all maritime safety regulations and local laws.

o Oversee all vessel operations and coordinate crew activities.

o Maintain the yacht's logs and ensure the vessel is prepared for sea at all times.

Requirements:
o Valid Advanced Power Boat license (RYA)for small yachts of the relevant size.

o Proven experience as a boat skipper.

o In-depth knowledge on waters and navigation protocols.

o Excellent leadership and communication skills.

2. Yacht Deckhands

Responsibilities:
o Provide exceptional hospitality and guest services.

o Manage onboard catering, food and beverage service.

o Ensure the interior of the yacht is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and

presentation.

o Welcome guests and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout the charter.

Requirements:
o Prior experience in a hospitality role, preferably on a yacht.

o Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor.

o Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

o Assist the Captain with docking, anchoring, and line handling.

o Perform daily cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of the yacht's exterior and equipment.

o Handle luggage and assist with water sports equipment.

o Physical fitness and a strong work ethic.

o Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

o A keen interest in maritime work. Previous experience is an advantage.
