Job description
To collate, check and consolidate inputs for the WSP and ATR submission in line with business and SETA requirements.
To submit applications for pivotal programmes and funding to the relevant SETAs in line with business objectives in order to maximise tax and skills rebates.
To monitor, track and report progress of learners on funded and pivotal programmes in line with business and SETA requirements.
To collect, check, consolidate and submit information for the skills development element of the BBBEE scorecard on time, in full, and in line with policies, procedures and requirements.
To monitor, track and report progress against BBBEE scorecard in line with business and regulatory requirements.
To collect, check, consolidate and submit bursary and study assistance information on time, in full, and in line with policies, procedures and requirements.
To liaise with the learning delivery and HR teams to co-ordinate applications for study assistance in line with business objectives.
To comply with learning quality assurance guidelines, standard, group policies and regulatory requirements in order to meet regulatory requirements and business objectives.
