We are seeking an experienced Skilled General Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical ability, be detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Execute skilled building work including bricklaying, plastering, screeding, tiling, painting, and basic formwork Carry out renovations, repairs, and new construction to a high standard Read and interpret building plans and site instructions Ensure work complies with building regulations and safety standards Identify issues on-site and propose practical solutions Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean worksite Work independently and lead or support junior workers when required

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience as a skilled general builder (minimum 3-5 years preferred) Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes Ability to work independently with minimal supervision High attention to detail and workmanship quality Physically fit and site-ready Reliable, punctual, and professional Valid driver's license - required Own Vehicle - Advantageous Medically fit to work on construction sites
