What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced site technician that will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and systems at a site, performing maintenance tasks, and providing technical support.

What do we expect from the candidate?

Daily running of Effluent Plant on site. Perform daily checks on cooling towers. Perform problem solving and repairs as required.

The key responsibilities:

Foster strong relationships with key personnel within VWSA. Manage chemical stock on a daily basis and filling of dosing tanks. Daily Water Meter readings and record keeping. Daily Water Chemistry Testing of Effluent Batches and Cooling Towers. Daily cleaning of Filter Press. Ensure all sites comply with Health, Safety and Quality requirements of Company.

If you possess...

Must-Have

:

B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Analytical Chemistry. Proven experience working on sites. Thorough, accurate and detail focussed. Strong relationship builder. Self-disciplined. Presentable with good communication skills.
