Job SummaryYour Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate interior design works on-site, ensuring adherence to design plans and timelines.
Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure smooth execution.
Oversee quality control, ensuring high standards in materials and workmanship.
Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying and addressing potential delays.
Conduct site inspections, reporting on progress and resolving any on-site challenges.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met.
Maintain detailed site reports and documentation for ongoing projects.

What Were Looking For:

Experience in interior design site supervision, fit-out projects, or construction.
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and interior construction techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design plans.
Strong communication skills to liaise with contractors, designers, and project teams.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
A valid driving license is an advantage.
