Job Description
Requirements:
- N Dip: Civil Engineering (Essential/Minimum)
- Trade: Artisan (Relevant) MQA/QCTO Accredited (Essential/Minimum)
- OHS Act Section 8(2)(1) Supervisor/Foreman
- Relevant Project Construction exposure
- Manage Contractor Construction Supervisors for a project or area within a project
- Supervising contractor activities via a Multi-Disciplinary team for the construction execution of the project on site.
- Support the relevant Engineering, PCO, SHE, Procurement, Risk and Project Management functions as required and according to the relevant PEP and Procedures
- Tight project timelines
- Assist Project Managers to stay within BOQ limits and limit Site Instruction
- Assist with Monthly audits on every contractor
