Job Description
Seeking an experienced and competent
Site Supervisor / Project Manager
to oversee operations in aheavy industrial or power station environment
. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising teams, managing project execution, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards, and meeting project deliverables efficiently.Minimum Requirements:
Qualification:
N6 Technical Diploma or S4 in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringExperience:
Minimum3 years' supervisory or project management experience
in heavy industry, maintenance, or refurbishment projectsTraining:
Supervisory or Management Training (MDP, TSP, SDP, Project Management, or equivalent) Strong understanding of project planning, coordination, and safety complianceKey Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage site teams, ensuring safe and efficient work practices Plan and control project activities to meet deadlines and client requirements Monitor site progress, resource allocation, and quality of work Maintain accurate site reports, records, and communication with management Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory requirements Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to resolve project-related issues

Remuneration:
Salary Range:
R350,000 - R500,000 per annum (based on qualifications and experience)Job Type: Full-time
