Description:
Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their mining company based in Mpumalanga.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily activities on-site to ensure timely achievement of project objectives.
• Lead teams on-site, including subcontractors and service providers, by clearly defining responsibilities and expectations.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in all site operations.
• Perform routine inspections and identify potential risks to proactively address issues.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior personnel and relevant parties.
• Ensure optimal use and availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate site logistics and address challenges that may impact timelines or efficiency.
• Uphold and enforce all operational procedures and workplace protocols.
• Keep comprehensive and accurate records of on-site activities.
• Ensure all operations adhere to applicable health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Facilitate and participate in on-site meetings with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Civil / Mining Engineering
• 2-3 years Supervisory experience in Mining environment
