Site Manager for Kitchen Design and Installation Company based in Johannesburg
An Established and successful Kitchen Design Company based in Johannesburg is looking for a Project Manager and Site Manager to join their Team.
Additional requirements and responsibilities will be discussed further in the interview should you be short listed for the position.
The Candidate would be responsible for the following:
- Work closely with Interiors Designer and Sales Consultants during project duration
- Oversee site installations
- Site management and site coordination
- Site meetings and site measurements
- Assist construction and project teams on and off site
- Assist with procurement for the projects
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturing teams
- Liaise with Clients and keep Clients updated for the duration of projects to ensure all requirements are met and project in on track and will be completed timeously
- Snagging and project hand over at completion stage
- 3-5 years experience as site manager/ coordinator with internal fittings, fixtures and BICs
- Degree or Diploma in the relevant industry, interior design, construction, architecture, etc..
- Valid Driver's license
- Valid and reliable vehicle to be able to travel for projects
- Strong communication skills
- Client liaison skills
- Team management
- Works well in a team
