Site Development Analyst (construction)
Job Description
The Site Development Analyst (Construction) is a critical support role within the Development and Construction team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality analytical insights that influence where, how, and when new restaurants are built, refurbished, or relocated. Working closely with Construction, Development, Operations and cross-functional stakeholders, the analyst evaluates consumer trends, competitor activity, market dynamics and restaurant performance. By converting complex datasets into clear dashboards, feasibility models and recommendations, the role ensures capital investment decisions are data-led, commercially sound, and aligned to long-term growth objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Geography, GIS, Data Analytics, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 2 years' experience in Site Development Analytics, Network Planning, or market research
- Solid understanding of trade area analysis, competitor mapping, and consumer behaviour within retail or QSR environments
- Proficiency in Qlik, advanced Excel, GIS/mapping software, and data visualisation tools
- Strong statistical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present insights clearly
