Job Description

We are seeking a strong Site Manager (Project manager) to join our team that is rapidly growing, delegate large headcount teams, working with artisans and construction machinery to build foundations and station plants.

  • A relevant degree or Certification in Construction
  • Conducting site Inspections
  • Liaising with subcontractors and vendors
  • Addressing and resolving on-site issues promptly
  • Verifying that materials and workmanship meet standards
  • Communicate project goals and updates effectively
  • Resolve conflicts and misunderstandings promptly
  • Key skills include leadership, project management, communication, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of construction processes
  • Strong organisational and planning capabilities
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication
  • In-depth understanding of construction processes and technology
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Risk Management skills
