Site Agent (roads & Earthworks)

Job Description
- Ability to manage construction contracts effectively and efficiently.
- Understanding of Labour and the effective management of people in a construction environment.
- Achieve or exceed site financial targets
- Ensure adherence and implementation of policies, procedures, statutory laws, and regulations.
- Set a high standard on the site to meet and exceed client satisfaction
- Continuously monitor, analyses and evaluate operational performance, processes, and resources to enhance production efficiencies
- Ensure accurate site reports (Financials / Project tender / Production Analysis)
- BSc Degree or relevant Qualification in Civil Engineering
- Registration with ECSA or SACPCMP
- Minimum 7 xe2x80x93 10 years working experience in a similar role
- Excellent negotiating, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge and expertise in relation to job.
