Job Description
Matukane Investment Holdings is looking for a
Site Agent
to join our team immediately for general building renovation projects.Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure efficient project delivery Supervise subcontractors and coordinate site teams Monitor, update, and manage the construction program Compile monthly progress reports Prepare and submit Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) Ensure that work is completed according to quality and safety standards
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 5
years' experience
in building construction or renovationsDiploma, BTech, or Degree
in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a building-related field Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills Strong administrative ability for reporting and certification Must be available tostart immediately
Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: R25000,00 - R30000,00 per month
