Job Summary Site Agent - Civil (Construction)
Location: Johannesburg, South Africa
Salary: R50 000 to R60 000
Our client in the Construction industry is looking for a Site Agent (Civil).
Key responsibilities
- Client liaison.
- Report writing.
- Problem solving
- Scheduling and Programming of work
- Ability to manage quality of Construction on site
- Ability to deal with and manage Subcontractors
- Extensive Technical Knowledge of Civil and building construction
- Ability to manage cost on the site
- Experience in health and safety on sites.
- Payment Certificates.
- Ability to complete projects in time.
- Minimum B-Tech or higher
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in road construction
- Computer literate in MS Office and MS Projects
- Good command of the English language
