Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- 4 Years of experience of experience with grain or silo management
- Completed fumigation certificate
- Completed Grain grading certificate
- Experience in managing staff
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Experience in managing budgets and costs
- Interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Administrative skills
- Management skills
- Knowledge of the market and business environment
- Managing the silo budget
- Managing staff
- Managing customer service
- Managing administrative functions of the silo
- Ensure sound financial practices within the department
