Remote Short Term Insurance Sales Consultant

We are searching for a sales consultant for a specialist short-term insurance brokerage based in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and supportive team focused on delivering tailored insurance solutions for commercial and cyber risks.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will:

Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients Understand customers' insurance needs and present suitable solutions from a range of providers Proactively follow up leads and enquiries to convert them into business Maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales process Collaborate with internal teams to support effective policy placement and renewals
This is a client-facing position with a strong focus on consultative sales and developing trusted partnerships.

What We're Looking For

Proven sales experience, ideally in financial services, insurance, or B2B consultative sales Ability to learn quickly and confidently present solutions Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness Motivated, target-driven, and self-starter attitude A desire to grow your career in the insurance sector
Previous insurance experience is a

bonus but not essential
