Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years Call Centre experience selling short or long term insurance
- Matric (Grade 12) Essential
- Knowledge of financial service products (Advantageous)
- Computer literate
- Strong sales ability, objection handling, need creation
- Excellent compliance and quality assurance
- Use of effective probing and questioning technique
- Work from office environment
- RE (Advantageous)
- FAIS credits (Advantageous)
- Basic + Commission (potential earnings of R10 000 - R15 000 per month)
- Weekly Incentives based on performance
- Training is provided
