• Good working knowledge of the granite industry (advantageous)
• Creative thinking skills

• Experience working with electronic data, Microsoft excel & word
• SAP experience (advantageous)

Key Performance Areas:

• Communicate with clients & shippers and resolve any complaints
• Basic daily tasks and operations of planning & loading of containers and shipping
  processes, shipping/receiving, create packing lists
• Selecting carriers and negotiate shipping fees
• Prepare sales reports for management
• Keep a meticulous record of shipment information, inbound & outbound
• Manage the shipments of containers and other goods
• Collaborate and communicate with packing technicians
• Organize and monitor the distribution of containers and goods
• Excellent knowledge of import and export regulations and requirements
• Ad hoc duties
