Job Summary Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills: o Grade 12 o Blasting Certificate o Mine Overseers Certificate Part A (preferred) Suitable candidates must have the following work experience: o 3 to 5 Years' Underground Mining Experience o 2 Years Shift Boss o Underground Mining o Supervisory and leadership skills are essential o Computer Skills for Material/Stock ordering o Knowledge of Health and Safety Standards and Procedures o Problem solving o Planning and Leadership skills o Analytical and systematic o Integrity and objectivity o Risk awareness and management.
