The Role: SHE Representative
This role exists to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (SHE) regulations and standards. The SHE Representative will be responsible for identifying risks, implementing controls, and supporting a safe working environment through inspections, training, and ongoing monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular SHE inspections and risk assessments
Deliver SHE inductions and training to staff
Maintain and update SHE records and documentation
Monitor compliance with legislative and company safety requirements
Report incidents and support investigations
Recommend corrective and preventative actions
Assist in developing SHE procedures and policies
About You
2-3 years experience in a SHE role within an industrial or manufacturing environment
SHE certification advantageous
Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
Proactive and able to work independently
Good communication and training delivery skills
