Job Description
Job Summary xe2x80xa2 Minimum requirement is a National Diploma in Safety Management. xe2x80xa2 B-tech or a Degree in Safety will be an advantage. xe2x80xa2 Good knowledge of the OHSACT (Construction Regulations). xe2x80xa2 At least 5 years of SHE management experience. Knowledge and experience in a metals melting or casting environment will be preferred xe2x80xa2 Experience in SHE management systems. xe2x80xa2 Good project and task management skills. xe2x80xa2 Strong administrative and organisational skills. xe2x80xa2 Proficiency in computer applications. xe2x80xa2 Ability to work with minimal supervision. xe2x80xa2 Good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills. xe2x80xa2 A practical hands-on approach with the ability to analyse, problem-solve and take corrective action.
