POSITION INFO:
Our client a leader in the automotive industry is seeking an experienced SERVICES MANAGER to join their team based in Durban.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • BCom
/ CIMA qualification * 5 years' experience in
  • Sound knowledge of
, Payroll and Purchasing functions as well as relevant legislation * Excellent Computer Skills, specifically with MS Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of data input
MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Compiling monthly financial reports and preparation of finance data card for financial reviews
  • Preparation of annual budget and Plant Business plan
  • Ad Hoc financial cost investigations
  • Compiling monthly Purchasing, Training and Payroll reports
  • Act as Chairperson to the Training and Employment Equity Committee
  • Assisting Managers with sourcing and managing Training requirements
  • Responsible for all HR related issues and/or queries
  • Assist Managers with IR Related issues
  • Manage and participate in Shop Steward / Management meetings
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeous submission of all data to Head Office
