Job Purpose


To effectively resolve escalated complex complaints in order to retain current and new clients and minimise reputational risk for Nedbank through enabling others .

Job Responsibilities


Share best practices, identify areas of development and improvements. Drive Nedbank culture by bringing the Nedbank values and behaviors to life through own behavior, practice, and self-growth. Build strong working relationships within your team by sharing information through meetings, regular communication, and providing value adding services. Support the achievement of the business strategy, objectives, and values. Identify and communicate sale opportunities, problems, issues and develop appropriate solutions. Prioritise tasks to ensure work is completed efficiently. To be able to adjust effectively within changing environments. Step-up, take initiative and be able to respond with speed. Build trusting working relationships with subordinates, managers, and support departments. Deliver worldclass service that fosters mutual trust and confidence. Act in the client's interest, inform the client, do what you say and promise, take accountability. Ensure all compliance on mandatory training is completed timeously. Contribute to the success of Nedbank through meeting your service excellence, teamwork and personal development goals whilst adhering to Nedbank security, operational and compliance procedures, and policies. Essential Qualifications - NQF Level
Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees Preferred Qualification

Must have completed NQF 5 or Business Relevant Certificate or Diploma or Institute of Banking.
Minimum Experience Level
Must have a minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in servicing Juristic clients in a commercial environment
