Service Workshop Manager

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Manager to oversee and lead a well-established motor company in Tzaneen.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the Service and Parts Department.
- Oversee sales, staff, and finances for both departments.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Maintain profitability through strict financial controls.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead, develop, and motivate team members.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Service, Workshop, or Aftersales Management.
- Experience within a corporate-branded dealership's Service Department.
- Experience with volume brands such as Renault, Nissan, Isuzu, etc.
- Strong management and leadership abilities.
- Self-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clear criminal record.
- Grade 12 or a relevant tertiary qualification.
- Must be a qualified technician.
