Develop apprentices according to BWE and national requirements
Drive knowledge assessments (DPC/ SGAs) and provide input into IDPs for artisans
Perform training needs analyses and schedule employees in own region for development and gap closure
Coordinate the development of artisans according to established training needs
Prepare, communicate and manage annual training plans for Service in own region
Manage Service DPC administration in own region
Comply with BWE and OEM Audit requirements
Develop artisan coaching capabilities
Conduct institutional training as prescribed by the Learning Academy and according to national qualification requirements. Assessment, Coaching and development of learners and artisans
Ensure Technical learning compliance with supplier standards
Arrange and manage learning events
