Job Description

To ensure that Cobra's reputation for excellent customer service is maintained and enhanced by dealing diplomatically with complaint calls and using discretion in determining the action required and ensuring that the call is resolved. The incumbent will also be required to perform office duties with diligence and maintain good relations with customers and colleagues.

Roles and Responsibilities:



? Scheduled calling on identified customers to promote the advantages of using Cobra products over our competition and ensuring that they are well accepted and specified.

? Attending site meetings, providing solutions, promoting Lixil products, fault finding and repairing products.

? Adhering to company 24 our turn around on Service tickets issued.

? Investigating products and activities of opposition as well as opportunities for Cobra sales on sites and reporting such information.

? Appraise and introduce product faults to departments which need to be rectified in production.

? Diplomatically deal with customers to ensure good relations are developed.

? Company vehicle to be kept in a pristine condition on a daily basis.

? Company attire to be cleaned and worn on a daily basis.

? Identify and report on product faults and their probable causes.

? Accurately finalize all service tickets and related paperwork within 12 hours after work was completed.

? Daily compile Customer details on CRM Data Base .Accurately control vehicle stock to reflect 100% stock accuracy at all times.

? Accurately return used or scraped stock as per company scrap/return policy.

? Maintain stock holding in store as per agreed standards.

Qualifications and Experience:



? Matric 12

? At least 3 years experience in a Service Technician role.

? Certified plumber (Preferred).

? Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving experience.

? Ability to explain complex technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

? Valid driver's license.

? Excellent knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools, and relevant regulations.

? Excellent product knowledge.

? Proficiency in using Google Office Suite or equivalent.
